We need a Senior Infor ERP LN/Baan Technical Consultant with strong hands-on experience in technical implementation, administration, production support, troubleshooting, upgrades and integrations.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on Infor ERP LN / Baan technical experience
- Minimum 2 full end-to-end Infor LN implementation cycles
- ERP LN technical administration/support
- Complex troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Experience with upgrades, technical changes and integrations
- Performance monitoring and system stability/support
- Ability to independently own and resolve technical issues
Strongly Preferred
- Linux / Unix
- Oracle Database
Good to Have
- Scripting / Automation
- DevOps practices
- ITIL / structured production-support experience
- Exposure to AI-enabled automation/support tools
