K&S Partner is looking for Patent Associate.
- Experience- 1-4 years
- Qualification- BTech/ MTech, ME/BE, MSc in Computer Science, Electronics and Communications, IT, Electrical Engineering.
Description-
- Basic knowledge of Patent Act/Patent law
- Has basic knowledge of patent prosecution and is able to draft responses to FER
- Has basic knowledge of patent drafting of claims and specifications - is able to draft upto 60% expectations, then he/she can be considered, anything above 75% in this area is an easy hire.
- If someone is strong in prosecution (Indian or Foreign) and has basic knowledge of drafting of claims, spec, etc. (even though he has never drafted a case)) can turn out to be a good candidate for an associate role.
- Basic knowledge in technical knowledge/subject matter/engineering domain.
